Nebo: Vizije neba od proroka do ljudi naših dana

The work Heaven: Visions of Heaven from Prophets to People of Our Days (Sion, 2000) by Fr. Bogdan Cvetković is a short but spiritually meaningful study dedicated to one of the most profound themes of Christian eschatology — the nature, beauty and secrets of heaven and the afterlife. In this book, the author collects and theologically analyzes various testimonies about visions of heaven, which range from biblical prophets, apostles and saints to contemporary mystical experiences and personally experienced visions of people of our time. The main goal of this work is to offer believers spiritual encouragement and hope in the midst of everyday life's trials and uncertainties. Cvetković emphasizes that understanding and reflecting on heavenly reality is not a mountain from reality, but the key to a better understanding of the meaning of earthly life and the times in which we live. In an accessible and inspired style, the book leads the reader to question their own faith, the importance of prayer and to direct their gaze towards imperishable, eternal values and the final encounter with God.
