Veganski sirevi
The cookbook Vegan Cheeses by Marina Brekalo contains the most important recipes for vegan cheeses that anyone, even a beginner, can make with easily available ingredients.
They are mostly based on nuts and probiotics for fermentation, and the procedures are very simple and the basic steps are constantly repeated. Although vegan cheeses do indeed resemble dairy cheeses in appearance, the flavors are not exactly the same, but you may be surprised to find that the flavors of vegan cheeses are much stronger and more expressive. In addition to spreads, sauces, soft, sweet and fermented versions of classic cheeses, as well as original vegan recipes, the cookbook also includes several recipes that perfectly complement cheese plates, such as red and green pesto, original raw chutney, and the indispensable crackers and baguettes. Marina Brekalo, who is behind the IG profile @brekalicious and the website brekalicious.com, is a familiar name to lovers of gourmet natural food, and is particularly known for her innovative raw cakes and dishes with vegan cheeses.
