Scotland Street: Strastveno obećanje

"Scotland Street: A Passionate Promise" (Castle Hill / Down London Road / Fall from India Place – from the On Dublin Street series by Samantha Young) is an emotional, exciting and extremely passionate work of contemporary romance. The plot follows Shannon MacLeod, a young woman who moves to Edinburgh to start a new life and leaves behind a difficult, traumatic past and a series of bad decisions and bad relationships that have shattered her self-confidence. Shannon is determined to focus on work, art and her own recovery, building high walls around her heart. However, her plans for a quiet life without men begin to crumble when she meets Cole Walker — an extremely handsome, charismatic and seemingly confident man who works at the same tattoo parlor. Although Cole gives the impression of a dangerous seducer, underneath the surface lies a sensitive, loyal and protective man with his own family burdens and responsibilities. Unbridled physical chemistry and a deep attraction soon flare up between the two. Through a series of emotional challenges, Cole tries to prove to Shannon that he is worthy of her trust, while she must grapple with her own fears of being vulnerable again and letting love slip away. Written in a distinctive, highly readable, emotionally charged and fiery style, this book delivers the perfect blend of suspense, drama and explosive romance. "Scotland Street: A Passionate Promise" is a moving and thrilling novel about healing, forgiveness and the power of true love.
